I have gone to this place for a very long time. Shelley is my doctor. She is a very wonderful person but when I made my appointment, the lady that made my appointment was very rude. She need to learn better customer service. Otherwise my doctor and the nurses are very wonderful, the whole staff there works there very well and I’m very pleased with them. The nurses are very nice in Mo Valley especially on the phone. My Dr really listens and has made decisions about my pain according to my input and hers. We figure things out together.
They are friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. They really try to develop treatment plan that is effective. They listen and explain everything very well. I am treated with respect.
I have no complaints about Midwest Pain Clinic. Everyone is always kind, respectful and supportive.
