We had a great experience working with Midwest pools and Scott Hoover the owner. The install went smooth and on time. After the pool was installed anytime I had a question and called Scott, he always either answered or got right back with me ASAP. Scott really seems to care about his customers and wants to make sure they are happy.
Highly recommend Midwest. From the first time we met Steve and he walked us through their products and process, to picking out what works best for our backyard, excavation, installation, gas, electric, cement. Thank god for Kyle teaching us how to work everything (since we never had a pool before), we couldn’t be happier. We have had our pool for 6 years now and still love it. Midwest was easy to work with and installed quickly. We are so happy we went with Fiberglass. It is easy to maintain and looks beautiful.
I am finally giving a review about Midwest pools as I became a Customer of theirs since end of 2021 when pool was installed and since then it’s been not been properly working since installing. I had upgraded the system meaning lights upgraded, stone to spillover jacuzzi was upgraded ( still leaks from stone under waterfall) fixed twice. has a couple of cracks in the concrete near deep end of the pool still not fixed, I’m told last week they can’t fix on their end the upgrades we purchased before it was installed and ordered.... read more
