Dr. was very professional, friendly and competent. Even offered me a break when he knew I was experiencing discomfort. The office staff was also very competent and friendly. Got me in the same day I called them. Thank you. Van Boatman
The surgeon PRATEEK SRINET seemed dismissive at this appointment. I needed clarification from the CT SCAN and apparently that was not something I should have done. He seemed put off and distracted, not mention upset with because I misunderstood what he told me from the previous appointment. Also, I was kept waiting 17 minutes before being put in a room and then another 10 minutes on top of that. And even before that, getting weight done, their scale was off by at least 15 pounds and their monitor for blood pressure and pulse... read more
The doctor was very thorough with his explanation of what was going on in my throat and how it could be fixed.
Very thorough and interested with another matter that I didn't even ask about but talked about checking into.
I was very impressed with the hearing test I received. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen by Dr. Srinet. He is very personable and answered all of my questions.
