The surgeon PRATEEK SRINET seemed dismissive at this appointment. I needed clarification from the CT SCAN and apparently that was not something I should have done. He seemed put off and distracted, not mention upset with because I misunderstood what he told me from the previous appointment. Also, I was kept waiting 17 minutes before being put in a room and then another 10 minutes on top of that. The doctor was very thorough with his explanation of what was going on in my throat and how it could be fixed.
Very thorough and interested with another matter that I didn't even ask about but talked about checking into.
I was very impressed with the hearing test I received. I didn't have to wait very long to be seen by Dr. Srinet. He is very personable and answered all of my questions.
The doctor listened to my concerns, did appropriate testing, and gave me suggestions to help. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and very personable. I will go back if I need this specialty again! I heartily recommend them!
