Friendly, helpful employees. Great selection. I was very impressed with how many options they had for area rugs. My wife and I purchased one and took it home, but discovered that it was not the correct color. We rolled it up right away but were unable to return it for another week. The Migala staff were understanding and returned the rug with no hassle (Note: they have recently enacted a 48 hour return policy). Just got a call from Migala to pick up my vinyl flooring... I worked with the sales rep from the manufacturer while ordering this and arranged and paid for delivery to my home. Invoice says shipped to my address, and freight charges of $45. They say that is how their invoices look, and that shipping was not to my house. Now they want to charge extra to deliver it.
