I had been coming here for over TEN years. It was Al Serra then. In the past YEAR, this business has changed significantly. First, your appointments for service are NOT appointments, they’re windows in which you can stop by with 5 other people to bring your car by. Oil changes take an hour and a half. No, literally. And their integrity? Let’s just say they told me it would be a $180 diagnostic for my squeaky door hinge. No electrical components. Just so someone can look at the metal. They fixed my car fairly quick. It was a bit hard to get a loaner. I thought that was a given with a new car under warranty. Now something else is wrong after they fixed it and they are giving us the runaround. They were supposed to tow it and haven't. And the scheduler said they don't have a loaner. It would be easy to get one off the lot. What happened to customer service for a new car sale? They have been good in the past but they need to keep it up.
Went in with cash in hand to purchase a vehicle I had been communicating about through email. Was told they were looking for keys then ignored for 10 minutes before leaving. Many employees without masks as well.
I needed a VIN verification, and the Service Department at the Express Lane was professional, quick, and courteous.
