I had a torque tube rattle issue. Fortunately, I had a maintenance agreement to cover such a serious issue . What made the claim process so easy was Maroone Chevrolet (North) did the processing for me. Kyle G. kept me informed of the claim process. All transmission issues were dismissed by service advisor, after vehicle was complete the keys were Not left at front desk. Drove 20 miles and couldn't pick up my vehicle! Manager at front desk could give a big _ _ _ _ less, he didn't even try to contact anyone or make any attempt to get my keys. Will never buy a vehicle from this place again, don't recommend. Status tracker is absolutely _ _ ing WORTHLESS!! Doesn't show updated status. Taking my business elsewhere!
This review is for the phenomenal service provided by our salesman Nathan. I had inquired online about a certain vehicle that I have been looking for over the last six months for my daughter. The car was going to be her first -so I wanted it to be something safe, reliable, classy and fairly new. Kristin Carton, our advisor, is fabulous and always takes extremely good care of us! In fact, we ended up stranded on a major road after dark one evening earlier this year with no electrical to our Corvette. We did not have the tow hitch as it was not included with our used vehicle and we didn't realize it was needed for a tow. The tow truck driver was clueless.
