I had a torque tube rattle issue. Fortunately, I had a maintenance agreement to cover such a serious issue . This review is for the phenomenal service provided by our salesman Nathan. I had inquired online about a certain vehicle that I have been looking for over the last six months for my daughter. The car was going to be her first -so I wanted it to be something safe, reliable, classy and fairly new. The service was very good with continual communication on the progress of the repair. I do not appreciate a 2% credit card fee. I am a loyal customer and have purchased two vehicles from Mike Maroone. I have a good credit rating and an established checking account. I do not use a debit card. Paying for credit card use by a business is the cost of doing business. I would appreciate a refund of $43.73.

I have never been treated so poorly at a dealership honestly. Usually I go to the south location and get treated so much better there is no comparison. First, I was greeted was told it would be about an hour, wasn’t told where to go or where the lounge was. I then told him my mom was coming to pick me up he did offer a ride but I said no.
