This review is for the phenomenal service provided by our salesman Nathan. I had inquired online about a certain vehicle that I have been looking for over the last six months for my daughter. The car was going to be her first -so I wanted it to be something safe, reliable, classy and fairly new. If I could give no stars, I would. Run as fast as you can. DO NOT BUY from them. We bought a Gmc Acadia 2017. I let them know my son died, and we do not want to go back and forth. We were there for 4 hours. We had to bring suv back the next day to have the smoke smell taken out. And take stains off the liner, scratchs off the door. They were supposed to replace the front windshield. Kept for two weeks. Get my SUV back filthy. Didn't change Windshield. They tried to blame us. Nathan was my salesman and he is above class with his customer service. He was polite, business savvy, and his professionalism was above and beyond. He was straight forward but most of all honest and helped me get a great car. I’d encourage anyone who wants to get a car to go see Nathan and the finance department was amazing as well. Definitely a prime time staff here at Mike Maroone.
I took my 2018 colorado here to look at my driver side extended cab door that was shutting, but intermittently not registering that it was shut. They said it was an extension cord that was in the way, charged me $250 for that mindblowing diagnosis, and sent me on my way. Fast forward to a month later, and the intermittent part of it has now gone. It is constant. The door is shut, but it is not registering. I never leave reviews, but waiting 3 hours for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. What’s the point in having an appointment if you still have to wait that long? These people will never service my truck again.
