I had a torque tube rattle issue. Fortunately, I had a maintenance agreement to cover such a serious issue . What made the claim process so easy was Maroone Chevrolet (North) did the processing for me. Kyle G. kept me informed of the claim process. This review is for the phenomenal service provided by our salesman Nathan. I had inquired online about a certain vehicle that I have been looking for over the last six months for my daughter. The car was going to be her first -so I wanted it to be something safe, reliable, classy and fairly new. The service was very good with continual communication on the progress of the repair. I do not appreciate a 2% credit card fee. I am a loyal customer and have purchased two vehicles from Mike Maroone. I have a good credit rating and an established checking account. I do not use a debit card. Paying for credit card use by a business is the cost of doing business. I would appreciate a refund of $43.73.

I have never been treated so poorly at a dealership honestly. Usually I go to the south location and get treated so much better there is no comparison. First, I was greeted was told it would be about an hour, wasn’t told where to go or where the lounge was. I then told him my mom was coming to pick me up he did offer a ride but I said no. Nathan was my salesman and he is above class with his customer service. He was polite, business savvy, and his professionalism was above and beyond. He was straight forward but most of all honest and helped me get a great car. I’d encourage anyone who wants to get a car to go see Nathan and the finance department was amazing as well. Definitely a prime time staff here at Mike Maroone.
