I had a torque tube rattle issue. Fortunately, I had a maintenance agreement to cover such a serious issue . This review is for the phenomenal service provided by our salesman Nathan. I had inquired online about a certain vehicle that I have been looking for over the last six months for my daughter. The car was going to be her first -so I wanted it to be something safe, reliable, classy and fairly new. Traveling from out of state. I was greeted with smiling face Kyle. I asked if I could get an oil change and tire rotation. They took my truck in right away. Before I knew it they were done. Did an inspection on my 25 Silverado. No issues. I asked about paying with my GM point. Kyle told me no problem. I was ready to go. I will stop again for any issues when needed.
