Worked with Tyler in sales… great guy, and great sales representative! The dealership didn’t have the process for EV tax credit assignment down, requiring me to finance an additional amount I wasn’t expecting; I did take a star off for that. But Tyler was fantastic through the process
Nathan was my salesman and he is above class with his customer service. He was polite, business savvy, and his professionalism was above and beyond. He was straight forward but most of all honest and helped me get a great car. I’d encourage anyone who wants to get a car to go see Nathan and the finance department was amazing as well. Definitely a prime time staff here at Mike Maroone.
I’m have owned four (4) Tahoes over the last decade, most recent a 2017 LT. My newest 2017 has the entire air conditioning unit replaced due to a “known issue” with faulty welds just around 100k miles, no recall issued and thousands to replace. Few months later at 118k miles the transmission needs to be completely replaced for approximately $7k. I don’t understand when I make a reservation for an oil change for a quote online 79.00 dollars the price changes three times while I’m there. Finally after I decline 1500.00 in additional service the price is 110.00 dollars. I talk him down to 98.00 the amount quoted in a text in my phone while I’m there. The process was made more painful when I arrived home and received a 15% coupon from the dealer. I know my truck needs more service. I cannot afford because of my social security.
