Worst service. Do not take your car there I had to go get my car out of the garage myself as no one knew how to drive stick As you can see in the photos there is bird crap on my car in many areas and the car was filthy they didn’t clean the car and there’s a scratch on my door. Unfortunately this was an incredibly bad experience which I will be posting as a review on other sites. I don't typically waste my time on reviews but this was bad and needs to be put out. I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and front headlight bulb replacement. During the inspection it was discovered that the cooling system required thermostat and housing replacement for $1,397 plus. I live in Maine, but found the car we wanted on line. 2023 Camaro convertible with all the options we were looking for.. I really never would buy a car sight unseen, on line, but Ron the sales Rep. went above and beyond our expectations. He went over the car and video taped any flaws, and assured us any problems would be taken care of. The car is just as he described even better. Very unsatisfied as a client. Needed my Chevy Silverado serviced ASAP as it is used daily for my business. Took about 2 weeks to diagnose the issue and another 2-3 weeks on standby as there was no Diesel Mechanic available. Poor communication and customer service. This should've been resolved within a week or 2. Shame that such a big corporation does not invest in tech. Will not be bringing my business here again.
