The soap wasnt rinsed off all they way, leaving all my windows and mirrors spotted with soap. Still had salt spots around the bumpers. Won't come here again.
Have reached out to customer support about the tire shine roller sticking out as well as the lack of rinsing. Frequently left with soap and water spots all over the vehicle. I’ve been an unlimited users for years and this is by far the worst location.
Mike’s car wash in South Lebanon is average on their best day from a car washing perspective however the vacuums have gone to absolute crap. I’ve complained the last two times about the lack of power, the hoses being broken, and the nozzles not staying on. In fact, one of the staff echoed my observation and stated “you aren’t the only one and we too wish they would do something about it”. Spend your $ Elsewhere!
I’ve only used Mikes Carwash twice. First time was a great experience my car shined for well over a week and I was extremely satisfied. However I went back for the second time on Tuesday and had the worse ever! I noticed the wash didn’t seem as smooth as the first, I heard a bang, and as soon as I pulled out noticed white spots all over the car and windows. Very poor attitude of attendant. Asked about spraying of rear of our SUV. He got mouthy claiming they don’t do that. Which they always did in the past except last visit. Very sarcastic “thank you”. Will start going to another Mikes and consider other car washes when my wash book is finished.
