Simple easy basic Carwash establishment. Doesn't do the greatest job cleaning the more hard to reach areas or covered up areas like your back window fin. Doesn't completely clean the bugs guts off your fender either. But over all you get a great basic clean for an average price. Staff is quick and helpful and gets the line moving fast.
Been there 6 times, generally excellent wash and wait is rarely longer than 5 minites
I have been taking my 2017 Nissan Maxima to Mike's about twice a month for 8+ years, since the car was new. Never had a problem. Last week I lost a piece of trim molding in the car wash. They were able to retrieve it but it was damaged and unusable. I filed a claim which they denied. Instead of taking responsibility they "passed the buck" and blamed Nissan because in 2020 Nissan issued a service bulletin about the piece of molding.
