Absolutely fantastic as always. I have been using Mike's car for over 25 plus years and never had a complaint. The prices are good the car wash is always fantastic and the employees are always so kind, so nice, and very respectful. One of these times I really need to break down and get unlimited. I always tend to wash my car more than I think I will per month. Right now they have a unlimited plus ceramic deal for $72 and the regular unlimited is $52 per month. Newest Mike’s in Fort Wayne - it is very nice, track is improved over the older washes. It is out of my way normally, but so much better that this is worth it if you’re not going to hand wash at home. Beats the “new places” in town. There’s a reason they have been in business as a company for all these years - top quality, continuous improvements, and care about their customers. Thanks Mike!
I've been a customer of Mike's Dupont since they opened on Dupont Rd and I have an unlimited membership. They were great until now and the past summer. They don't keep their towels or trash bags stocked anymore. Their car wash doesn't wash or dry well anymore. My car is drenched in soap and water when I exit. If there are paper towels available when entering, there is not enough to clean the soap and water off after I exit. The new car wash being built down the street keeps my attention.
This wash just opened up and it is superb. The lot is big and well lit with plenty of vacuum space. The wash itself was awesome. They have a new belted conveyor and the tunnel was wide and better lit than other Mike's. This new wash was awesome and I was so glad to have come through today. I wish I lived closer.
I was extremely impressed with how great the was actually was!! Probably the best pull through car wash I’ve been to anywhere around! The staff is very friendly and helpful as well!
