So far so good. :) Steven handled the issue my tenant had with the washer and dryer with professionalism. He didn't hide when I had questions. Acted fast! Put the tech on the phone via 3 way call and I got the answers I needed on the spot. The lack of urgency of many property managers is an awful reality. Fortunately, Steven proved me wrong!
