Dr. Milani was very friendly!! He is very knowledgeable and did a great service for me!! I will go back!!! Highly recommend this practice!!! The check in girl was also friendly as well and I did not have to wait

I saw Mahsa on Saturday and I am so so happy with the results already. From start to finish, she was so lovely and made me feel comfortable. She was so quick, yet i she knew exactly what she was doing. I have already recommended her to my friends. Would 100 percent go back to see her. ama

Wow! I am so in love with this hidden gem of a spa in Tysons. Today I had a microdermabrasion treatment. Sasha was sweet, and her skill set was high level. The procedure was explained and painless. She applied great smelling product after the procedure too. I left with a glowing face! I highly recommend Milani MedSpa-you will not be disappointed.
