I took mt 2026 Equinox in for it's 1st oil change. The staff there was very kind, courteous, helpful and focused on my needs. I was in and out in a half hour, would have been a few minutes sooner, but I had to finish my popcorn while relaxing in their very comfortable, clean & quiet open lounge.
Brought it in for the first time. I'm always a little nervous as a woman. I was treated great, and felt completely comfortable. Blake was fantastic and so friendly.
Great service, didn't have an appointment, but they got me right in for an oil change. Thank you very much . Another great visit.. no appt. Got our Caddy serviced and tires rotated and new factory A/C Delco wiper blades.. very happy
Jarod did a great job, answered all my questions. Kept in contact with me while finance worked out the deal. Once deal was completed Jarod helped me set up radio and Bluetooth and explained the features to me
Being a women going to an auto shop is always overwhelming but Doug & Jake took real good care of me. They didn’t throw a bunch of unnecessary work on me. They found the problem even reached out to my car warranty company and got me in and out. I highly recommend!! 10/10 satisfaction
