Just went to miles Chevrolet for my truck's oil change. I got home & realized there's oil dripped on the hood, oil finger prints on the Door, oil smudges on both passenger doors. Oil on the inside of the driver side door. Oil on the driver side door threshold. Oil on the driver side floor mat. Oil on the hood where they pushed down to shut it & my leather wrapped steering wheel smells like oil or grease. I washed it & it was LITERALLY SHINING when I drove in to miles service dep. I took mt 2026 Equinox in for it's 1st oil change. The staff there was very kind, courteous, helpful and focused on my needs. I was in and out in a half hour, would have been a few minutes sooner, but I had to finish my popcorn while relaxing in their very comfortable, clean & quiet open lounge.

Brought it in for the first time. I'm always a little nervous as a woman. I was treated great, and felt completely comfortable. Blake was fantastic and so friendly.

Great service, didn't have an appointment, but they got me right in for an oil change. Thank you very much . Another great visit.. no appt. Got our Caddy serviced and tires rotated and new factory A/C Delco wiper blades.. very happy

Jarod did a great job, answered all my questions. Kept in contact with me while finance worked out the deal. Once deal was completed Jarod helped me set up radio and Bluetooth and explained the features to me
