This place deserves no stars…I could not write a review without rating. Lived at Miles Terrace for a year and a half. It was a nightmare! People coming and going all hours of the night. Homeless druggies being let in by non residents. Drug deals going down, over a hundred calls to police. A 55 and over building it is not! Residents moving their kids in, male residents moving homeless women in who appear to have drug problems. Four five deaths in the building four of these possible drug over dose. Miles Terrace is a nightmare. It was meant to be a safe secure building for senior citizens. It is everything but that. There are several tenants living here that were brought from the homeless shelter near Vancouver Mall. These individuals have brought in drugs, homeless, and theft rings. The police are called on a daily basis. The building has been open for nearly 2 years and there have been 927 calls to the police. These can be verified police records. Ever since this building came into existence it has been nothing but a nightmare for the folks that live there and those that live next to it. We have had constant issues with drugs, homeless encampments, theft rings etc. it is awful. Our home has been vandalized and my kids don't feel safe.
A nice clean apartment building.
