I would recommend this practice to anyone- all staff members were very polite and professional. My wisdom teeth extraction was extremely quick and easy. I was incredibly anxious about it and Dr Perrone made me feel comfortable and less afraid! The building itself is also very clean and updated. The nurses and techs were also very kind, supportive and informative.
My recent experience with M&DO&MS was great! From the ease of registration, making the appointment, information about my Co-pay, reminder of the appointment (including real time, traffic and directions!) , meeting the staff and Dr. Ciuci, to the procedure and follow up phone call, everyone was knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. Any anxiety that I may have felt was quickly alleviated. I would highly recommend this wonderful practice.
My experience with this group was outstanding from the front desk personnel to the technicians to Dr. Ciuci. I was treated with the utmost respect and excellent care~ pre and post surgery. I have healed well too. I highly recommend this practice.
Bad review because the person who answers the phone "MsCathleen" s rude and discouraged a new patient coming in. I wanted to know their earliest appointment available and if they take my insurance but she requested my contact stating that the new patient registration had to be completed for her to give me their earliest availability!!! She may have been having a bad day 2hrs into their workday but No incoming patient should be talked to like that .
I had two extractions done yesterday by Dr. Perrone. I was made comfortable by both him and his entire support staff from the time I walked into the office and then out the door an hour later. As someone who is extremely nervous about this type of dental care, I'm a returning patient to this group. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing any of their services.
