Holly in the office in Woburn was wonderful. She was responsive, kind and supportive as I moved across country during Covid with my dog. The apartment was clean with new appliances and nice hardwood floors. There were new windows in both bedrooms. I needed to break my lease which is very expensive in any apartment complex, but Hamilton Company returned my security deposit in full. I was quite surprised and so grateful. I would recommend this particular apartment complex and especially recommend Holly as your apartment agent.... read more
I never write reviews, but I told myself I HAD to prevent somebody else from suffering as I did while living here. I would not wish living here on my worst enemy. If you want to sleep with dozens of mice/rats, get attacked by "restricted breed dogs" living on the property (that are LISTED as "not allowed" per policy), feel incredibly unsafe in your own home, and have terrible neighbors...move on in! I’ve lived here over 4 years now and I was told a dog park was coming and the pool would be fixed the first summer I moved in. NONE of that has happened. Parking is just ridiculous, people park wherever, a single car in a doubt spot from the same household makes no damn sense. 2 cars from the same house can be put into a double spot to leave space but no. Elderly end up parking far against the fence while the younger crowd parks closest to the building. Maintenance is NOT 24/7! They also come unannounced and enter regardless... read more
Do not rent here. They allow smoking cigarettes in the apartment which can reach two floors above and is essentially second hand smoke. Terrible management
