I had filed a maintenance issues for my front door and both the technician and my Millan representative, Lucy, went above and beyond to take care of me. My issue was dealt with ahead of schedule, they both communicated and kept me informed of the process and left me beyond satisfied. Lucy especially went out of her way to take care of me. Thank you all so much!
they are great if you stay, the minute you move out, they are NOT! was a super great tenant for 5 years, no problems and gave notice of moving out. so they decided to charged me for pest control that is included and cancelling my work orders for repair (because I'm moving out) and charging me to fix, which you would have fixed if we stayed. But hey....I'm pretty sure you needed that deposit PLUS, more than this single DAD trying to make a living.....
We have been renting from Millan for almost 11 years, they are amazing! Their maintenance team is great as well they came to fix one repair and I had a few others that needed to be done. They came back the same day and fixed everything in a timely manner and didn’t complain at all. Highly recommend!
Autumn Ridge was an amazing apartment these past 4 years! Everyone was respectful during quiet hours. We had zero issues at all. We felt safe the entire stay. The community was welcoming and always so friendly! I’d recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
