I was living at Millennium on LaSalle for 8 months since July’24 till March’25 and it was my first time living in Chicago downtown and I can definitely recommend it for long-term renting. It has all you need for a modern lifestyle: gym, basketball area, outdoor pool, barbecue zone, firepits and sofas are on the 14th floor, and the basement contains poker room, pool table, meeting room, sofas, slot machines and lots of places for remote work or studies. Been here for 2 years and just renewed my lease for another year! Great place, great amenities. Public spaces are always kept clean and I’m obsessed with how spacious my studio is compared to other places on the market for the same rate. The new management has been doing a great job as well with a lot of activities/events and are super responsive to any maintenance request. Also big shout out to the receptionist, Deon. Cheerful guy and always makes my day when I see him.

Last week we were house hunting for an apartment for my daughter that will go to grad school in downtown chicago. We visit 8+ properties and chose Millennium on LaSalle. She will be moving in late August, but I'd like to praise the leasing office personal for making the leasing process very easy and straight forward. I currently live at Millenium on Lasalle and I wish I had better things to say about this place owned by Peak Properties as we were so excited to move here. The good things regarding this location are the cleanliness, apartment square footage is bigger than most, pool area, and front door workers are very nice! I LOOOOVE this building!! I finally have my dream apartment here. I’ve never had issues with maintenance or the leasing office. Robin is so nice and friendly! The pool and lounge areas are clean and well taken care.
