This builder constructs 24 by 7 from 7AM to 8PM every day. The workers are encouraged/ permitted to play music loud enough to be heard on the entire block.; Not very respectful to the people already here. I have been told this is standard practice in Loudoun county.
We were denied a request to check Indoor Air Quality here!!! So home buyers be aware!!! This is a MAJOR red flag!!! If a home builder can’t let you check Air Quality of a house you want to buy and spend most of your time in, making sure you are not breathing all the toxic chemicals, VOC’s and mold that can cause cancer and other serious health problems, who knows what else they might be trying to hide… Protect Yourself!!!
