My experience was very positive. We negotiated the details on line, via text and emails. I was an out of state buyer that placed a non refundable deposit on the vehicle I purchased. I flew into Dulles and was picked up by Jesus, a very nice young man, and driven to the dealership. We had a very good conversation on the way. When we arrived at the dealership, everyone was very nice. They brought my vehicle up for inspection and did the paperwork. We closed the deal and I was on my way in less than an hour. Found a truck online that I liked. Salesperson was great with providing details and showing me the truck remotely. I am coming from out of state so wanted to make sure all looked good before heading over. I was ready to see the truck and as long as it drove good I would buy it. I was told to leave a nonrefundable deposit of $1k which I would not do since I have not seen or driven the truck in person but I was willing to go through their financing to show I was serious if all checked out. I’m from out of state and recently purchased a used vehicle from Miller Toyota. Wes, the sales manager had the paperwork ready by the time I arrived to pick it up. And Jesus, the salesman, went above and beyond by personally driving the vehicle to a local third so they could install a new stereo. The vehicle was just as described. The entire crew was easy to work with, honest, and patient. They get five stars from me!
