Was here for a late night grub on 11/18/23. When the food came out my sausage was so tough I couldn't even cut it with my fork. So I informed my waiter and she brought back freshly cooked ones right away and I thought why wasn't I served this instead of day old sausages that you can obviously tell was re-cooked? Millie's has gone way down hill. The night we were there, only one server was seen...I think her name was Bridgette, and she was running around like crazy. I can't really fault her for our terrible experience..she tried. She was friendly and can only do so much to please a dining room full of customers. However, there is absolutely no excuse for the crap that was sent out to our table. Most of the food was inedible..my nachos were SWIMMING in grease from the ground beef, and the chips were stale AF. The waitress worked her butt off. The problem was she was pretty much the only one. The atmosphere was fine. Standard casino diner. The food was awful. The nachos were so greasy, the didn't drain the meat before dumping it on. So over half the dish was a soggy mess. We used to really like Millies, but the last three times we ate there was disappointing. 1st time had the chicken fried steak, the steak was dry and so hard it was difficult to cut even with a steak knife. 2nd time ordered eggs over medium and they came out with the whites still runny. Also undercooked hash browns. 3rd time, like a fool, gave them a 2nd chance on the chicken fried steak - big mistake! Probably won't go back even though it's convenient when staying at the el dorado.

The food delivery was prompt but the food was sub par. It arrived cold even though it took less thant 8 minutes from the completion of food and arrival at our room. There was no condiments!!! No butter or syrup for the French toast, no ketchup for the fries, Or eggs. It was super disappointing!!!

Stopped in here for lunch while visiting 'The Row' in Reno. Not a lot of choices on the property currently, everything being replaced... but Millie's has been here a long time. Well, I can guarantee you it's gone WAY DOWNHILL and the prices are ridiculous. Had a patty melt, a 2 egg breakfast and water... $39!! Asked for med well, it was pink in the center and they had to cut it to serve it! absolutely trash service is worst I have ever had they stare at you but will not get to work. workers on there phones an Asians so foreign they can't even talk to you go elsewhere eat anywhere but here

We were in Reno for four days for the races and stayed at the Eldorado. Millie's food is good, but unfortunately you have to wait awhile to get it. They have limited waitresses and just watching, 4-5 people standing around up front doing nothing when they could have been helping these poor ladies bus tables and help take orders for the clientele. it is sad how lazy people have become and jus won't work together.

Food was super oily and felt really heavy. Decided to get a cake from the little cafe outside to eat later. It had mold on it.
