Terrible service, terrible food! The hospitality was non existent. No care for any concerns. I will never go back. I couldn't believe how rude every single person was!
I loved their fish and chips the first time I went there. The order came with a huge fillet of fish and battered fries. Overall portion was big but what you would expect for $27.99. So I ordered one to go this time. The fillet was small and the chips were home made potato chips not fries. The chips were greasy and salty. They clumped together and smelled like fish. Was very disappointed.

Credits to our server even though she got bombarded with all these tables all at once. She deserves a 5. Everything else, however, was slightly below decent at best. Ordered prime rib, jerk chicken, and ribs. Prime rib ordered medium rare. Came out well WELL done with the outside so badly burned and charred. Could onyl taste the burned char. My dad got a tiny pot pie. Very small :( He wanted me to make this review bc it bothered him that much.
They are non responsive. Ordered food. They didn't include utensils. Literally, was bounced around to over 10 departments to be told what they could not do. This is at César's Silver Legacy in Reno, NV. Front desk said we can't help that is the restaurant Concierge didn't answer Manager oh you need to talk to restaurant No one answered T front desk Oh you can come down to the coffee shop to come get it Room service Oh that is a different restaurant Call them Ridiculous. Horrible service! Says wait to be seated and the people are not even paying attention and just talking and laughing at the registers. Then we grab our own menu and that's when they want to come help, the the person doesn't even talk to us and assumes we could read their mind to follow them. We sit and the person that brings us our water and coffee is so rude, we ask if they have different creamer and her response is we only have what's on the table with an attitude. This review is based on two visits one for breakfast and one for dinner. I want to first off state this restaurant itself is a great place to visit for a meal. Make no mistake this is pricy a 3 meatball and 2 thin garlic bread slice appetizer is like 13 dollars. My SO was recovering from a case of bad food poisoning (bad food was not from inside casino) and for breakfast the staff was excellent in accommodating and making sure my SO could eat something light. Ordered Caribbean Jerk chicken. Chicken was Ok. Rice under chicken swimming in oil, not edible, and could not taste any coconut in the dish although it was listed as an ingredient on the menu. Mentioned to waiter and at checkout and no one seemed concerned - cashier stated they were busy. Won't eat there again. Hostess was very nice and professional.

We attended the Reno Latin Festival in January and found this cute cafe inside Él Dorado Casino. Our server was attentive and chatty. Very personable. We ordered coffee, country fried steak & eggs, and huevos rancheros for our breakfast. The coffee tasted burnt. We asked for waters instead. The huevos rancheros were okay. In my opinion, they had way too much salsa and the dish was flavorless. The country fried steak was also cold.
