Bad impression from the beginning with a grumpy hostess that clearly did not want to be there on this Sunday morning. Waitress was nice but place felt like everyone just did not know what they were doing Seriously, you can have 30 employees but with no training it is even worst! I hope the food can compensate!

This post is only for the service - didn't eat there. I'm a Diamond member and was expecting a better dining location than the booth adjacent to the kitchen entrance with servers constantly running by and the noise of the kitchen. I asked to be relocated - there were plenty of empty booths and tables. However, the "manager" told me they have to balance the tables to the servers, which is understandable. Still, I think they could have made an exception for a Diamond member.

This place was slow today and closed early and we specifically got dressed to eat here. The floor manager refuse to service us and offered other surroundings restaurants for us to eat at. How rude! We had 30 mins to place our order and we could have taken it to go. I'll never eat at this place again!! Too unpredictable on the closing time.

Horrible service waited 20 minutes to speak to the server. Then another 30 to get my drink orderin because the buss boy who got our waters and my moms coffee was under 21. While people who came in after my group of 4 where served before us and still waiting in the food after 45 minutes. The buss boy was more help he got us the waters and attended to our table of things he could do. Horrible and if I could give 0 stars I would! We really missed the bakery and all the wonderful desserts when they were forced to close for Covid. Unfortunately there were a lot of changes and I'm not sure we will be as fanatical about coming here for desserts as we were before. Change one. The cream pies. There was a change in the pies last year and the crust was down-graded and the pie filling was reduced and more whipped cream piled on top. Teresa the Manager needs to be replaced, she is rude and has a horrible customer service ethics. She definitely needs Customer service training. Thank goodness she is not in my crew, she would be fired. Not organized at all, she is a total scatter brain, like a big pot of spaghetti brains boiling! I will let my Casino Host know and Greg Cerrano know she needs to be replaced.

I had the French dip and it was very disgusting. It was grizzly and kind of tasted like pizza. I do not recommend this restaurant at all if you're coming to stay. The waitress that I had her name was Suzanne and she was very good.

Besides the manager & one of the ladies hosting, the customer service is TRASH. They gave me cups that were dirty, one has a lipstick stain on it and the other had a few crumbs in it. Before we noticed that we had asked for a straw and the lady rolled her eyes and gave us one like does it really hurt to give out a straw and do your job? We didn't have any patience at that point so we ended up telling our waiter we wanted to cancel our order and leave then he puts his hand over his head giving attitude talking under his breat... read more

Awful service, attitudes and food. Now while I understand when folks are busy to be patient. But when you have to ask 7 times for silverware from 3 different people and still not get any until 5 minutes after getting your food. This is unacceptable, when we asked a manager we heard him say to our server, your table has no silverware she said and I quote "oh I know". And still did not get any for 10 minutes, even with food delivery. And no apologizes either. Now the food, cold hash browns out of biscuits and gravy. We will NO... read more
