We came here on a Saturday evening and were seated quite fast. But we sat there a few minutes and someone then took our drink order and stated we were ready to order since we had plenty of time to look at the menu. the person then stated they would let our waiter know. well minutes passed we rec'd our water but no one came to take our order. we ended up leaving since no one ever came to our table to take our table after over 15mins of waiting. i can't imagine the time it takes to receive our food if we did order.

Started by waiting in line to get seated, then we were finally seated by a host that never smiled. A nice lady took our drink order and promptly brought our drinks. She said our server would be with us soon. 10 minutes went by. 20 minutes went by. We looked around and ended up making conversations with those around who were all waiting for their food. Came here on a Thursday night at 9:00 pm. The restaurant wasn't even busy, but we were there an hour, more than half that time spent waiting on our food. The table behind us told us they had waited for over an hour so far. I saw the table next to us wait more than 15 minutes to even get a server to take their orders, and someone even left and grabbed a pizza because they were tired of waiting. My wife and her friends went to a comedy show on Saturday night at the Silver Legacy and had decided to grab something to eat prior. Looking back they all agreed they should've planned ahead and made a reservation somewhere. Ordered the burger medium rare and it came well done. Ordered the chicken pot pie. Waitress came back 15 min later and said they were out. Ordered orange juice. Waitress came back 20 min later and told us all of their juice was expired. Had to ask multiple times for water refills. Our waitress Rose made us feel like she did not want us there. Keep walking and find somewhere else to eat or have a disappointing meal.

This is a great restaurant for people who love secondhand smoke and bad service. We had to get our own silverware because after five minutes of waiting and asking for it we still didn't receive it. To make things worse it took thirty minutes to be asked what we wanted to eat. The only reason this didn't receive one star is that the food is what we expected from a low quality casino diner. Well tried to eat here but the smoke was over powering. Even at that they ran out or steal and ran out of chicken....... seriously?? Bummer, had a craving for it all day so. Decent menu went with a hot turkey not really in the mood for it might eat it later and update. 45 min for my to go hot turkey uhhhhh

Had breakfast here this morning. My hash browns had a long blond hair twisted through the potatoes. The waiter told the manager. She asked if she could get me anything else, but she would not remove the charge for my hashbrowns. That is the absolutely the worst response from a restaurant manager. She said nobody in their kitchen has blond hair. Well no one at our table has blond hair more would we wrap a blond hair through hash browns. Very poor service from Millie's at El dorado restaurant. The wife and I arrived at the reception area and waited a couple minutes for someone to seat us. After being seated we were approached quickly to take beverage orders. Then there was a wait of about five to seven minutes before anyone arrived to take our order. Our wait person was very polite, efficient and pleasant.
