Poor selection of skirts and tops in store. Sizing is all over the place and doesn't correspond to the online sizing guide. Tops shrink (two sizes - length too) even when washing on delicate. I have to hang dry everything and stretch out shirts to get through the year. Suppliers/Vendors are constantly changing and as a result sizes have changed significantly from year to year. This company is absolute crap. Ordered uniforms with plenty of time to start school and we never received half the order. Then, two months ago we placed an order for winter clothes and they never came. We were charged and the product never arrived. No refund, no communication, nothing. Then, we were informed by the school that they went out of business. Good riddance. It appears from the comments here that you haven’t run your business efficiently or professionally in years.
Excellent experience. We came from out of town and arrived about 20 - 25 minutes before closing (on a Saturday). The clerk working was so nice! She was able to help us get a weeks worth of uniforms and accessories so quickly! Plus, she was so nice and so kind! It was so nice to be able to have my child try on clothes and see how they all fit to get the best sizes. Definitely appreciate the customer service.
I don't recommend it! I ordered my daughter's uniforms in June, and today, August 20, I am still waiting. I hope my daughter's school picks a reliable uniform store. Also, there is no communication about shipping dates or tracking information.
Awful customer service. Not one sales associate made eye contact or greeted us. Thankfully we did not need assistance, but then waited at the counter for five minutes without any acknowledgement. Mgr walking aroind on the phone, two associates standing by as their customer searched through her purse for her phone. Had to ask someone to check us out. Do better.
