Miguel was an excellent sells representative. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the car that I wanted. He made sure that all of our questions were answered and that the car was in good condition before we left. At some dealerships, the sales representative likes to force you to buy a car, but not Miguel. He made sure that we were satisfied with everything before we purchased this vehicle. Friendly and professional service from all staff at Milton Rueben. They made the car buying process easy. I highly recommend Chevrolet salesman Phillip Moore. I have purchased two cars from him and will be back for the third when it’s time to purchase again.
My salesman Juston (Tank) was absolutely fantastic! The communication was great! When I asked him to get me some numbers on a vehicle I didn't have to wait days for a callback, he was on it! I really enjoyed this particular sales experience. The next time I'm innthe market for a vehicle there is no doubt that I'm going to return to Milton Reuben Chevrolet and my man Tank!
I had a wonderful experience at Milton Ruben Chevrolet! (A complete 180 from my last experience). The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Miguel was friendly and insightful when showing us cars and Brendan was great to work with—honest, patient, and truly cared about finding the right car for me! The finance gentleman Nick, was also amazing and worked hard to get me a great deal. I left feeling confident and happy with my purchase!
I was greeted by a team member and he had great customer service. He informed me what he were doing before you receive my keys. Their auto mechanic team we're done with my vehicle less than 2 hours after I drop off. The receptionist was pleasant and friendly. And the team member who brought my car to me he was pleasant and friendly as well. 10 out of 10 overall visit.
