Miguel was an excellent sells representative. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the car that I wanted. He made sure that all of our questions were answered and that the car was in good condition before we left. At some dealerships, the sales representative likes to force you to buy a car, but not Miguel. He made sure that we were satisfied with everything before we purchased this vehicle. Friendly and professional service from all staff at Milton Rueben. They made the car buying process easy. I highly recommend Chevrolet salesman Phillip Moore. I have purchased two cars from him and will be back for the third when it’s time to purchase again.
My salesman Juston (Tank) was absolutely fantastic! The communication was great! When I asked him to get me some numbers on a vehicle I didn't have to wait days for a callback, he was on it! I really enjoyed this particular sales experience. The next time I'm innthe market for a vehicle there is no doubt that I'm going to return to Milton Reuben Chevrolet and my man Tank!
The service was slow at 1st, however most of the staff were pretty good. Michael Johnston, was real helpful. I didn't get the chance to check the work done since I had to leave and go straight back to work. Any improvement that I would make is putting up a monitor that informs the Customer about their vehicle. It could be as simple as the customers name and weather the vehicle is ready or not.
