My salesman Juston (Tank) was absolutely fantastic! The communication was great! When I asked him to get me some numbers on a vehicle I didn't have to wait days for a callback, he was on it! I really enjoyed this particular sales experience. The next time I'm innthe market for a vehicle there is no doubt that I'm going to return to Milton Reuben Chevrolet and my man Tank!
Miguel was an excellent sells representative. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the car that I wanted. He made sure that all of our questions were answered and that the car was in good condition before we left. At some dealerships, the sales representative likes to force you to buy a car, but not Miguel. He made sure that we were satisfied with everything before we purchased this vehicle. I dropped my car off at 8am and got a ride to work. By 10am I was given a diagnosis. By 3pm I was told that I may be able to get a loaner; they did do everything in their power to get me into a vehicle by the end of the day. I was in a loaner, and I am the type of person that so long as I can get my kids, I am fine. It could be a beater car, and I would be okay so long as it drove.
