We recently purchased a new to us vehicle from here, and from start to finish Logan was so helpful. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and most importantly we were never rushed through the process. From Logan to the back office they all stayed late past closing helping us get the best deal possible. We are truly thankful for everyone there who was apart of the buying experience.

Ben McCall with the service department provided exceptional customer service. My car was towed in. He promptly called me to let me know they received my vehicle and let me know what to expect in the coming days. I didn’t expect to hear from him again for several days, but he was able to promptly get to my car on Monday and by Monday evening had it ready to be picked up. Lou did a phenomenal job taking care of my truck! I consider the truck to be a 30 year investment that I expect to last as long. Very expensive truck that I figured if I take care of, it will be the last one I will ever need to buy. With that said, Lou was already prepping me for up coming needed maintenance and service. The Milton Ruben Superstore team was great. From the moment that my wife and I drove into the lot until the moment we drove off of it with my “new to me toy” we were treated and treated with kindness and made to feel welcome by our salesman Paul. They worked with our budget and did everything they could to make us happy through out the experience.
