We recently purchased a new to us vehicle from here, and from start to finish Logan was so helpful. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and most importantly we were never rushed through the process. From Logan to the back office they all stayed late past closing helping us get the best deal possible. We are truly thankful for everyone there who was apart of the buying experience.
Not everything goes perfectly at first—I recently took my vehicle in for service at this dealership and noticed some slight cosmetic damage to the exterior after bringing it home. But the team handled it exceptionally well. I returned and spoke with the shop foreman, who quickly offered to repair everything I pointed out—in just a few minutes! Threes days ago (11-13-25) I bought the most beautiful 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ Z71 with 4460 miles on it. This was the smoothest, low pressure vehicle purchase that I have ever made. I will be 67 in two months. Thanks to Jaylin Tate, Shane (manager) and Brian (finance) this was an easy and enjoyable purchase. I first want to say thank you to the service department. I was only there about an hour and the service was great. Have purchased 2 trucks now. Brian has been our salesman, always attentive and friendly. Thorsten is a great manager. He is attentive as well, and willing to do all he can to make your experience easy. Both follow though with exceptional care, even when you are returning for regular maintenance.
