Threes days ago (11-13-25) I bought the most beautiful 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ Z71 with 4460 miles on it. This was the smoothest, low pressure vehicle purchase that I have ever made. I will be 67 in two months. Thanks to Jaylin Tate, Shane (manager) and Brian (finance) this was an easy and enjoyable purchase. We recently purchased a new to us vehicle from here, and from start to finish Logan was so helpful. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and most importantly we were never rushed through the process. From Logan to the back office they all stayed late past closing helping us get the best deal possible. We are truly thankful for everyone there who was apart of the buying experience.
I first want to say thank you to the service department. I was only there about an hour and the service was great. Mr Laquan was very courteous when he received my vehicle for a regular maintenance check. Promptly informed me that there was an issue that the technician found and politely explained the cost of repair . He also took the initiative to check if I still had warranty coverage and to my surprise ...I did , which then saved me a lot of money. I appreciate the professionalism, the courteous and friendly customer service I received from Mr Laquan and the outstanding work from the Technician that fixed my van.
