Threes days ago (11-13-25) I bought the most beautiful 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ Z71 with 4460 miles on it. This was the smoothest, low pressure vehicle purchase that I have ever made. I will be 67 in two months. Thanks to Jaylin Tate, Shane (manager) and Brian (finance) this was an easy and enjoyable purchase. We recently purchased a new to us vehicle from here, and from start to finish Logan was so helpful. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and most importantly we were never rushed through the process. Great customer service at Milton Ruben Jeep in Augusta. Went to look at some Jeep Wranglers and met by Tony White , salesman. Received a great deal on a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that was too good to pass up, so ended up purchasing it. Had zero pressure from Tony, great customer service, finance person was good and explained everything, and General Manager, Thorsten Naperkowski ensured we were treated well and taken care of. Excellent experience with Alexander Johnson. He didn't try to pressure me for anything. Discussed options I had for what I was looking for and ended up helping make a discission that was more beneficial for me in the long run. Salesman (Isaac Long) and Sales Manager (Vittorio Harris) along with the entire Milton Ruben (RAM) staff were great to work with. Isaac and Vitt were very knowledgable, professional and courteous; there was no "fluff" in their sales pitch. They were honest, upfront and fun to work with. I can't say enough about the overall manager and the entire team! Great experience and I would do it again.
