Threes days ago (11-13-25) I bought the most beautiful 2024 Chevy Silverado LTZ Z71 with 4460 miles on it. This was the smoothest, low pressure vehicle purchase that I have ever made. I will be 67 in two months. Thanks to Jaylin Tate, Shane (manager) and Brian (finance) this was an easy and enjoyable purchase. I was scheduled for Sat Nov 15 at 8:00 am. On the 13th the service manager called an asked if I could come in on Friday the 14th at 8:00. I agreed. When I arrived the manager on duty asked my name, informed me that my appointment was for the next day. I told him that I had been asked to make the change for normal routine service, plus tire rotation and a mud flap reattached. He graciously said they would take me and do as requested. Lou did a phenomenal job taking care of my truck! I consider the truck to be a 30 year investment that I expect to last as long. Very expensive truck that I figured if I take care of, it will be the last one I will ever need to buy. With that said, Lou was already prepping me for up coming needed maintenance and service.
