Very impersonal and uncaring experience. I started with them a few years ago and they were pretty good, but they got acquired by another company and the quality has gone downhill since then.

This office is 100% messing up patients' infos. So many potential lawsuits. They mismanage patients' profiles and insurance information. I'm seeing an in-network psychiatrist though them, but I just got billed by them for an out-of-network doctor visit that's not my current doctor. I'll switch to a new service provider as soon as possible. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE THERAPISTS AT ACACIA. I am part of the LGBT community and have had a SPECTACULAR experience here. It's hard finding a good fit for mental health support, but the therapists here have been wonderful to me. The office staff is fantastic and super great about explaining insurance benefits. I recommend this place to everyone I know.

The worst! Giovanni is a complete joke. Dr Robbyn is no better. This place should be investigated by the board. I am making a full complaint to the state medical board.

Literally the WORST SERVICE. LIARS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I wish I could attach the text and email threads from this horrifying business. I have NEVER experienced such a rag tag, unethical and dishonest group of people in my entire life. There's not even words.
