It is easy to make appointments. The staff are very respectful. The doctor is knowledgeable and kind. I always have a great experience.

I can’t share too much why I love mindpath cause like, that’s personal. Or I’m lazy maybe idk. But, in addition to the great things I could say about them, they’ve also got a good patient system and fair handling of appointment changes or unexpected cancelations, etc.

Dakota helped me in an extreme way! I keep getting told by the company, not the location, that there are no providers at the Davis location that take my insurance, but there actually are! Dakota has been a big part in facilitating my access to care and my needs as a patient. She practiced amazing customer service, engagement, empathy, and kindness during our interaction. Dr. Michels is top notch. I could tell just from my first appointment with him. However, I was disappointed with the staff, as they were supposed to have scheduled me with a follow up and didn't, resulting in a delay of over a month before I can see the doctor again. There was no apology for this. They also did not seem client-centered in general because when I first walked in, I seriously got the impression no one was there. I have recently started seeing Dr Eleanor Curry at Mindpath Heath. While it did take me quite a while to get this appointment, once you do get on her schedule, that issue is resolved. I have severe trust issues due to my trauma, but she immediately put me at ease. She is kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable. I am very happy that I found Mindpath Health and was able to connect with Dr Curry. I am very, very happy with my experience and I am really glad I found her, I look forward to continuing to work with her.
