I called and asked if this office has any neurodivergent psychiatrists or psychiatrists who specialize in neurodivergence. The person on the phone, who didn't introduce herself, literally said "what's a neurodivergent?" What? Also, the office was supposed to send me a link to upload relevant documents before my first appointment, and they forgot to do so. Throughout my many years within the mental health community I’ve never experienced such personal, professional and caring service as I have from Mind Path Health. Being able to choose between Zoom meetings and in person adds a higher degree of accessibility. I highly recommend the caring professionals at Mind Path Health.

Dakota helped me in an extreme way! I keep getting told by the company, not the location, that there are no providers at the Davis location that take my insurance, but there actually are! Dr. Michels is top notch. I could tell just from my first appointment with him. However, I was disappointed with the staff, as they were supposed to have scheduled me with a follow up and didn't, resulting in a delay of over a month before I can see the doctor again. There was no apology for this. They also did not seem client-centered in general because when I first walked in, I seriously got the impression no one was there.
