Terrible customer service, my sister was yelled at and hung up on while trying to get them to verify her insurance, told her she would have to go to an office which was over 100 miles away, should be investigated….

It’s always nice to see/talk with Dr Lee. She is aware of my feeling and up to date with all my medication information.

I had an excellent experience with Mindhealth. I didn't have to wait long for an appointment, and they booked the followup right away. The care provider made me feel seen and heard. She asked pertinent questions and offered inciteful advise about the prescriptions I'm already taking. I feel confident moving forward with them.

After years of struggling I finally found someone ( Tamara) who cared. She got me stable and we are now in one of the best spots that I’ve been in years. This place has great office staff as well. When you call they are quick to respond. I’d like to say Tamara saved my life thank you.

Summer Thompson is just wonderful. The office staff are always helpful. Recently changed insurance and my 1 requirement was that Mindpath Health/Community Psychiatry was available with the new insurance. The rest of my doctors I had issues with. Trying to find wonderful caring doctors can be a chore but I've had No issues with Mindpath Health!!! Keep up the Great and Wonderful Job.
