Therapists are great. However the front desk is a bit disorganized. They have made many mistakes with the billing, and the phone line is always busy. Sometimes waiting over 30 minutes on the line just to get in touch with one person.
Impossible to get anyone to answer the front desk phone. I then went in person to fix an issue. The front desk had two people sitting there not answering phones! One gave me a card with a phone number where to call to reach their doctor. Which was Mindpath central. Who are even harder to get through to a person. This is ridiculous.
Absolutely amazing! They made me feel comfortable during my first session & evaluation. I am honestly looking forward to going back!
This place was genuinely so welcoming and everyone was so nice. From the front desk ladies to my personal therapist. They will make you feel so at home and comfortable!
My advice is to stay away from Mindpath. There are good reasons why they have the lowest Better Business Bureau rating of ‘F’. I had a long-term therapist, Melanie Reynolds, who works from the Cary office and she betrayed me and gave confidential information to her husband who then shouted at me in public. Ms. Reynolds identified me to him. I have a recording from my car camera where you can hear him shout at me.
