I've been with Mindpath for 8 years, and I am so grateful for the help I've been provided there!! My provider is Colleen Rich. She is simply INCREDIBLE. She's THE MOST compassionate, understanding, and caring psychiatrist I've ever seen. She's also extremely cautious and patient in trying to make certain she has you on the meds that are TRULY right for you. Apart from the MindPath computer glitch that spontaneously cancelled my last month’s appointment, this most recent event went without a hitch. Dr. Maust continued her expert, empathetic, compassionate conversation with me. Couldn’t ask for better
Good luck getting someone on the phone or having your call returned. You spend 10 ten minutes on the phone tree, then get hung up on by the automated system or sent through to a generic voicemail box. Good luck using their new zoom telehealth platform. Good luck finding a provider that doesn’t forget to send your prescription to your pharmacy after your appointment. This place is Bush League at best. My advice is to find a smaller practice, preferably someone who answers the phone when you call.
So my son was recommend to Mind Path for a attention deficit diagnosis, we do not have health insurance due to he just moved here in the past 3 months can't enroll till Nov. And is over 26 so can't get on parent insurance. My husband and I have been putting his bills on our credit card to get him help . After over 1,000 dollars the Dr. Says testing is inconclusive.
