Dr Paul is great at helping us navigate this hurdle. Noone knows what to expect when your family has an unexpected crisis but he explains things clearly .the only thing difficult was the enrollment process.its not all user friendly for older people on our phone. Your staff is also very nice & helpful.thank you 🙂
