MindPath health has been incredibly easy to work with. I was able to see a wonderful doctor online very quickly and continue to see her for check-ups, which are very easy to schedule. They also make it easy to work with insurance. Highly recommend!
I only had 1 appointment so far and as far as the first phone call, the office staff was very helpful. My appointment was about a week after my first call, which was really fast. When I spoke with the Psychiatrist, I was so impressed with how knowledgeable, and she helped me from that first appointment. I had a very hard time finding a psychiatrist and was referred to this office and am very thankful so far.
Mindpath seems to take pride in being thorough and code compliant. At times it comes off as overly cautious. Though I feel in good hands. My psychiatrist, Traci Chamberlain, was no exception in terms of doing due diligence. But she also brought such a genuine touch of empathy and attention toward providing the right type of care for an individual.
I really like how Tiffany listens. I’m not sure I even need to be on meds, but she gave me something I can take whenever I feel anxious. Quite frankly, it makes me too tired. I’m just in the beginning stages of this, so hopefully we can work out something better in my next appointment. But I truly appreciate how she’s trying to help.
Easy to talk to Dr. Cao. She is always very professional and calming with her soft voice. She gives great recommendations to help.
