I’m happy to say I’m glad I was able to finally step up and get the help I needed. I was suffering from postpartum depression and on top of that dealing with being bipolar depressant. The staff was able to connect me with a breath therapist named Aida and she’s been so great and helpful. She gives me the positivity I needed to get through everything. I had a very good experience with Mindpath and specifically, Geraldine Dugan. Our appointment was very thorough. She was very kind and asked all the right questions for a first appointment. The process was very smooth to get started and her staff has been very good with communicating and getting back to me with additional information that has been needed. I definitely feel cared for as a patient. Highly recommend.

Recent Corporate or AI procedure changes were radically done without any notice. When My appointment time came there was no link texted to me like the past 4 years. I checked Emails which also did not help. My complaints have been completely ignored and now I am being charged for missing the appointment even though the Dr. called me directly which did work considering. I’ve seen Geraldine Dugan as a part of this practice for the better part of a year and a half. I really like how thorough she is and how much she cares to find medication that works best for you. She also cares about your overall health and follows up on other doctors appointments you have had. I also like the ease of appointment making. After each appointment the front desk calls me to schedule the next appointment. I only had 1 appointment so far and as far as the first phone call, the office staff was very helpful. My appointment was about a week after my first call, which was really fast. When I spoke with the Psychiatrist, I was so impressed with how knowledgeable, and she helped me from that first appointment. I had a very hard time finding a psychiatrist and was referred to this office and am very thankful so far.
