I had a very good experience with Mindpath and specifically, Geraldine Dugan. Our appointment was very thorough. She was very kind and asked all the right questions for a first appointment. The process was very smooth to get started and her staff has been very good with communicating and getting back to me with additional information that has been needed. I definitely feel cared for as a patient. Highly recommend.

Recent Corporate or AI procedure changes were radically done without any notice. When My appointment time came there was no link texted to me like the past 4 years. I checked Emails which also did not help. My complaints have been completely ignored and now I am being charged for missing the appointment even though the Dr. called me directly which did work considering. Dr. Cao is very attentive, patient, professional and takes the time to listen to my concerns. I feel very comfortable sharing my issues with her. The staff are helpful and if I have any questions they are efficient and helpful. Thank you, Dr. Cao & Mindpath.

I’ve seen Geraldine Dugan as a part of this practice for the better part of a year and a half. I really like how thorough she is and how much she cares to find medication that works best for you. She also cares about your overall health and follows up on other doctors appointments you have had. I also like the ease of appointment making. After each appointment the front desk calls me to schedule the next appointment. I've been seeing Dr. Tiffany Cao for some time now and she's extremely kind, patient, and communicative. She always addresses all of my concerns and it helps to have somebody like her helping manage my mental health/medications. In addition, the facility staff members are all super kind - it's quick and easy to schedule follow-up appointments and have medications refilled, and there's a lot of reminders and communication before and after each appointment. I'm glad I found this place and it's been a huge help for me.
