$725 for a total of 52mins during 2 virtual consults. Steer clear unless you enjoy tossing money out the window. Total scam of a company, pretty sad what they do. They told me to reach out to customer service, I have twice concerning why they charge such a maximum to uninsured patients, never once receiving any response or explanation…suggesting this is normal practice. $150 in person anywhere else. Dont fall for it

Practitioners were great but the support system is gruesome. They make medical decisions answer all calls and answer all questions to practitioners. Without ever identifying themselves or their qualifications

Starting in June, I set up an appointment to be medicated for the mental health issues I already knew I had. First appointment went fine, I got medicated, took a test for ADHD and we’d be going over the results at the next appointment. My next appointment was scheduled at 9 am on 07/31, day of I received no text message or email with the link to get on zoom as it was for my first appointment. Terrible experience clinician did not know a lot of the processes that she should have. She did not read the clinical notes before our appointment would not recommend mindpath.

A virtual appointment for the test results of an ADHD online test was ridiculous. I do not feel that she had any notes from original virtual appointment. Nor, do I feel like she cared about my concerns of the actual issues I was having.
