Love Dr. Morache! Staff is great and can always get a message to him. Sometimes billing doesn’t go right but I think this is because they are changing billing systems. Convenient location.
Called office due to a worsening of my depression symptoms. I was informed that my provider was out of office for another week and they gave me an appointment for the return date. No one asked if I needed immediate assistance, or even how I was doing. No triage, no asking if I was OK, and not even a hint of concern from the person who scheduled me. For a psych practice this is absolutely not okay.
Dr. Christopher Morache is hands down the best medical provider there is! He’s an absolute gem! Such wonderful and kind bedside manner, compassionate, knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. He always advocates on my behalf for whatever I need. The receptionists are always so helpful and pleasant to speak to and I never have a problem getting a refill or appointment in a timely manner. Dr Morache is brilliant! However it’s hard to make follow up appointments.i don’t even call anymore. I wait for the staff to call which is not good because it’s months and months. But as I said Dr Morache has always been respectful, calming and brilliant! The 5 stars are for him.
Mindpath is great if your a doctor, awful if you’re a patient. I now pay $275.00 for a 15 min online call with my doctor of 20 years, I used to pay $100 before Mindpath. Mindpath will not negotiate a reasonable fee based on this insane statistical, contract, formula between them and Anthem Blue Cross. Avoid if you can or don’t use your insurance. Far cheaper to pay privately or use another physician not associated with this group. Sorry Mindpath Health but all you showed me was you are Mindpath Money.
