Dr. Christopher Morache is hands down the best medical provider there is! He’s an absolute gem! Such wonderful and kind bedside manner, compassionate, knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. He always advocates on my behalf for whatever I need. The receptionists are always so helpful and pleasant to speak to and I never have a problem getting a refill or appointment in a timely manner. If it was possible to give - stars I would. These people are actually sick. I called when my insurance changed to see if they still take it or get a referral and they assured me I needed an exit appointment which I tried to decline. The girl repeatedly said it’s free because it’s an exit appointment. I stupidly trusted this and accepted only to be billed $540. I called thinking it’s a mistake and they said no exit appointments cost money and that I need to pay it. They said they’d see what they can do only to never call me b... read more
I love my psychiatrist that I work with at Mindpath but I can never get the office staff either deliver a message to my psychiatrist or respond to any of my voicemails. I don’t know if they just aren’t checking them or if their phone system isn’t working. The lack of response caused me to be without a necessary medication for over a week. And now it’s been a week with no response since I called to schedule an appointment and had to leave a message. Dr. Morache is fantastic!! Scheduling is a pretty smooth process, and they've gotten way better at handling prescription refills (wasn't always a 5-star experience on that front, but hooray for progress!)
MD is always great to work with; professional and empathetic; relatable. Office staff has been attentive and informative. I appreciate how this office has received and respected me; friendly and helpful.
