I wish I could give Mindpath more than 5 stars. Mindpath has been extremely cooperative with me every step of the way. Dr. Lee is amazing. She is a great listener and makes me feel comfortable. It's easy to be honest with her and ask for help. The Mindpath office has been cooperative with appointments specifically. I have done zoom and in-person sessions. Both feel the same as I described already.
From the very start, the individuals (Margaret being the first contact, who I absolutely appreciate!) here at Mind Path have been amazing. I really appreciate how they make sure to balance care with accountability; making sure they provide the most prestige service possible. I’m very pleased my mom is receiving the care she needs.
Tamara Lee is the most compassionate and thoughtful clinician I’ve worked with. She has really helped me work on my mental health through medication management and has supported me through going back to school for a career change and even had helpful suggestions when it came to my physical health. I always look forward to our telehealth visits even if it’s just to tell her that my medications are working as they should be.
Please read about my experience with Mindpath. I had asked for an online meeting so that I didn't have to leave work for a 15 minute appointment. I didn't receive the email with the link to a meeting after speaking with both with the receptionist and the doctor where the doctor explained my request to the receptionist. Therefore, I missed the meeting. I have not heard from them to reschedule. The only thing that I get from them is a missed appointment invoice.
Patty was welcoming and professional. She is very easy to speak to and I immediately felt comfortable. I look forward to our next session.
