Incredibly easy experience! The insurance clearance coordinators to the scheduling coordinators to the actual provider were thorough and understanding. Highly recommend.
To say right away, GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH EVERYONE IN THAT OFFICE! This is probably my first google Review, but felt it was important for me to leave one for the Pasadena location. I am grateful that I was able to find mindpath through my insurance. After a year of trying to find someone who I can talk to and help me I was at my wits end and my insurance rep contacted mindpath on my behalf and they were able to schedule me an assessment and appointment immediately. At first I was bounced between two medical professionals but that was my doing due to who I felt more comfortable speaking with. So I chose a male and ended up with practitioner Vo. My Dr is friendly and kind. Mindpath Health reminds me of up coming appointments which is helpful because my appointments every 3 mo which is a great thing for me because I’ve been stable on my medication for a couple years 😊.
David Vo was my first experience with a Dr in this field and it was overwhelmingly positive for me. For the fist time I felt unconditionally positively regarded by a Medical Professional which then allowed me to to talk more honestly and genuinely with him. I didn’t feel judged or as if my words fell on deaf ears.
