Jasey was so warm, kind, and easy to talk to. So much more welcoming than the stereotypical psychiatrists I’ve seen in the past. She really listened to me and I felt she really understood where I’m coming from. She curated a very personalized plan, including a new medication, that was made specifically for me and I hope will be very successful. She understands the struggle and uses her advanced knowledge to try and cut through the trial and error as much as possible. Definitely an advocate for her female patients!
Scheduled an appointment with a provider and filled out all the initial paperwork. Was contacted via text message the day before my appointment that it had been cancelled. I was never contacted to reschedule. A week later I called and spoke to a receptionist who rescheduled my appointment. No correspondence was ever sent to me in regards to my new appointment. I have a great therapist there but I can't say the same for the receptionists that are meant to answer the phone. I called after I got off of work at 4:30 and called to see if my Doctor received the message to refill my medication that I sent the previous day. And the receptionist Stephanie put me on an indefinite Hold. when I called again. after holding for 19 minutes, she refused to answer the phone. Dr. B is amazing. He is so king, understanding, thoughtful and professional. He listens to your problems and shows real concern. I am glad I found him and I am glad he is moving to Dallas so I can do person to person. You definitely show make an appointment if you want a great doctor and friend.
Mindpath fulfilled and surpassed all of my expectations. My first appointment went without a hitch! And my provider represented perfection in experience, kindness, and professionalism. I am so grateful to find Mindpath!!!
