For anyone seeking mental health assistance, you likely are aware of how difficult it can be to not only find a good provider (they certainly aren't as ubiquitous as physical health care providers), but to also find one who has resources who are as invested in your mental health improvement as you are. Mindpath Health has left me scrambling to find a new provider. My provider left(personal reasons), I was switched to another provider. I called to get the refill I was told to call back for, to then be told Mindpath does not carry my insurance anymore. They also would not prescribe a month of medication while finding another provider. After being there for seven years and now this...WOW. This is just wrong.

While my therapist, Allison Lovekay, is excellent, her work is consistently undermined by Mindpath's shockingly incompetent and frustrating administrative system. The organization itself has proven to be a significant barrier to receiving care, and my experience has been defined by their systemic failures.
