Karen is one of the kindest and most caring people I've ever known. She is also a great therapist. We are slowly working through my issues. She always seems to help, even when I don't realize it at the time.

Both my counselor and my psychiatrist are wonderful to work with. They listen to me and are plesentt and respectful . I would refer Mindpath without a Ny hesitation!
My appointment and first overall experience have been great. Telehealth appointments are so convenient and Alecia was very easy to talk to. She listened to my concerns, experiences and we made decisions based on my needs. 100% recommend!
Dr. Helton is an excellent psychiatrist—not just a doctor who prescribes meds, he is a great listener and takes the time to get to know his patients. He’s the best doctor I’ve had, and over thirty years I’ve seen many—but none as personable and kind as he is. Highly recommend.
