Dr. Michels is top notch. I could tell just from my first appointment with him. However, I was disappointed with the staff, as they were supposed to have scheduled me with a follow up and didn't, resulting in a delay of over a month before I can see the doctor again. There was no apology for this. They also did not seem client-centered in general because when I first walked in, I seriously got the impression no one was there.
