Mindpath of Frisco is excellent and my therapist is a very good match for me. The ease of interaction with a separate drug clinician is excellent ss well. The whole process has been great.
Very pleased with my therapist but very unhappy with ZOOM. Spent 20+ minutes trying to join ZOOM. Finally called their administrative office for help to get on my session. Very frustrating and cuts into my time.
Love my Therapist and Stephanie at the front desk. They are so professional and caring at the same time. Always welcoming.
