Starting in June, I set up an appointment to be medicated for the mental health issues I already knew I had. First appointment went fine, I got medicated, took a test for ADHD and we’d be going over the results at the next appointment. My next appointment was scheduled at 9 am on 07/31, day of I received no text message or email with the link to get on zoom as it was for my first appointment. A virtual appointment for the test results of an ADHD online test was ridiculous. I do not feel that she had any notes from original virtual appointment. Nor, do I feel like she cared about my concerns of the actual issues I was having.

Mindpath is the worst health care organization I have ever dealt with. It’s impossible to get help with concerns or questions. But they flood u with reminders At least 5 reminders sent for every appt. The online meeting app has been glitchy. The providers we have experienced were good but the hassles with the company are not worth choosing a new provider from Mindpath.
