I have not been not more frustrated and disappointed with a doctor before. I sat through over an hour long session with your professional that I was charged for before we even spoke. I was also late to work to attend this VERY VERY VERY important session. Just to find out after I go to off NO PRESCRIPTION was sent to my pharmacy and there is no record of my session with your doctor. They will bill you the absolute maximum for those uninsured. $725 for two zoom visitations that each lasted less than 30 mins. Their billing scale shows a wide range, however be advised they will bill you the maximum each time regardless. Would recommend anyone else over this platform, absolute scam of a company
I’m one who rarely gives a negative review; however my experience has been completely unsatisfactory in every way. A 0 rating for Mindpath. I explained my phobia in detail on my initial call, being told they would arrange an appointment with someone who had knowledge and experience with it. When I went for my appointment, it was a repeat of the phone calll infection I gave , then being told they would look into finding someone who was familiar with my specific phobia. It would take pages to describe the incredible kindness, compasssion and professionalism of the office manager. I will be forever grateful and in awe of her. The world needs more people like her! Christopher S. has completely restored my faith and confidence in the medical community. He will immediately put you at ease and make you feel heard and understood. He has a true gift for this profession. He cares and it shows. So very glad and happy I found this practice!!!!!
