I do not recommend this provider due to the company’s late-arrival policy. Even though my appointment window was one hour, being late once for a legitimate reason resulted in my appointment being canceled and an immediate $100 charge. I found this policy overly punitive and not supportive of patients. Because of this, I canceled all remaining appointments. There are plenty of other providers who won’t look for reasons to penalize you with steep fees. I suggest seeking care elsewhere.
