I can't recommend Mind Path enough. I'm able to see both a psychiatrist and therapist through them and I couldn't be happier. It's affordable and easily scheduled. They send appointment reminders through text. I'm able to do my appointments in office, or through zoom. The zoom appointments are so easy and hassle free. The providers I see are thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable. They listen and make recommendations based on what I've said or how I'm feeling. Linh at Mindpath was amazing. She was incredibly attentive, calming, and made me feel heard and understood throughout the session. Her thoughtful approach really put me at ease. I’m genuinely looking forward to my next meeting with her and continuing this journey. Highly recommend!
I had a discouraging experience with Dr. Sara Afzal when seeking help for ADHD. Instead of feeling supported, I left the appointment feeling dismissed and invalidated. Some of the views shared about ADHD seemed outdated and not consistent with current research, which can be especially harmful for adults trying to better understand their symptoms. Overall, it was not a helpful or encouraging experience.
Stacey Seay is truly one of a kind. She listens exceptionally well and is great at getting right to the heart of the matter. She makes me feel seen and heard. I've waited a long time to find someone like her and I feel that with her help my life is going to be profoundly improved. I'm lucky to have her and I hope she is always around!
I have a psychiatrist and a therapist through here and they are both excellent. Very attentive and offer great suggestions and listen to yours as well. My psychiatrist is Dr. Yarramsetti and is awesome. We have tried a few different options for depression and when they didn’t work as I was having relatively bad side effects from them and I recommended something else and he had no problem going with it and it has been working great!!
