After waiting months for ADHD testing, I finally had an appointment on June 27th with a nurse practitioner to go over the results and decide on a treatment plan. We agreed on a medication, but nearly two weeks later, the prescription still hasn’t been sent in. I’ve had to call the office multiple times just to get updates and push things forward. This delay is unprofessional and unacceptable.
Mindpath has improved re scheduling appointments and billing insurance and they have fine therapists. The key is finding the person that is your right fit, which is such a personal and the most important factor for your well being.
Completely disingenuous and only about the money. This place is terrible. They will take advantage of you any chance they can. Make sure your credit card payment goes through before the appointment or be ready to be charged for nothing. There is zero care for mental health with this organization, only money.
My 5 star rating is objective at this time because the Doctor I "had" just retired and he was the best. He spoke well of his replacement so I am sure this doctor will be fine. Losing the years of history and friendship with Dr. M is sad but I wish him a wonderful and well deserved retirement.
Mindpath is amazing. The doctors and their staff are incredible. I am so happy to have been going to them. The doctor cares and helps and answers questions thoroughly. He is great. The staff is there eagerly waiting to help and are so very kinds. Mental health matters and these doctors prove it again and again. Thank you Mindpath
