I consulted with Billy for the first time and opened up, divulging very personal information. When I was due to meet with him again, I was refused my appt because I couldn’t pay the $20 copay. I explained that my debit card was just hacked and I had no other way to pay at that time. The receptionist told me there was nothing she could do if I couldn’t pay my copay. I went for help and did not receive it. I did everything required of me yet still didn’t receive the help I needed. They just GASLIT me. I do not recommend this place. I recommend LIFESTANCE!

Mindpath has improved re scheduling appointments and billing insurance and they have fine therapists. The key is finding the person that is your right fit, which is such a personal and the most important factor for your well being.

Worst phone experience ever. Been a patient for over 2 years and everytime I need to refill a medication I have to call in and pray to God they pick up. I often can't get my medication because they never answer and the phone robot is such a pain.
