Amazing psychiatrist, and therapist through my path! Super easy to sign up super easy to attend very flexible works with my schedule! Would recommend to anybody looking to work on their mental health!
I consulted with Billy for the first time and opened up, divulging very personal information. When I was due to meet with him again, I was refused my appt because I couldn’t pay the $20 copay. I explained that my debit card was just hacked and I had no other way to pay at that time. The receptionist told me there was nothing she could do if I couldn’t pay my copay. I went for help and did not receive it. I did everything required of me yet still didn’t receive the help I needed. They just GASLIT me. I do not recommend this place. I recommend LIFESTANCE!
My therapist is a blessing! She is spot on with her critical thinking and techniques to ascertain my issues.
My 5 star rating is objective at this time because the Doctor I "had" just retired and he was the best. He spoke well of his replacement so I am sure this doctor will be fine. Losing the years of history and friendship with Dr. M is sad but I wish him a wonderful and well deserved retirement.
