My therapist is great, mindpath is actually getting in her way with all their stupid bullshit. They were supposed to have refunded me $100, instead they gave me a -$100 credit on my account, but I’m still being asked to pay my copay each time i have a new appt, so that credit is never being applied. It’s bullshit.

Dr Roopa is nice. But if you should have additional questions she was unreachable. So I waited till next appointment and she agreed primary care Dr who raised my meds. Whereas Dr Roopa wanted to lower and do away with.

The only respectful person during my visit was Ms. D, the receptionist. She was incredibly kind and professional. My experience with Dr. Vishnu Challapalli ,however, was disappointing. It was, by far, my worst encounter with a psychiatrist. He questioned my diagnosis and insisted that the medication combination I’m currently taking wasn’t effective or correct. I love Dr. Challapalli. He is very professional. He is very caring about my my health. I am going through breast cancer. I could not ask for a better doctor than him. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful.

I’ve seen two doctors/therapist at mindpath health and they have both been great. I was nervous about doing everything Telehealth but I have found that it’s actually more convenient and just as personal as going into an office. Also doesn’t take as much time out of your day not having to commute to a doctors office. I recommend mindpath health for your mental health issues.
