My telehealth experience has been nothing but fantastic. I see psychiatry as well as a therapist. Both are respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and supportive. Even never having met them in person I feel that I can trust them fully and feel taken care of. Great experience!
Through and through, they appear to be on top of their game. I also witnessed staff going above and beyond in person with others having unique challenges w the rescheduling process. I sense they are trying hard to get everyone the consideration and guidance needed. Peace Out Pauly Doc Katrina, has been a welcomed addition to my increased life quality.
I see Tikia Y. at the Wilson, NC location. This place is wonderful! Very clean. Organized. The employees are so nice and helpful! I got tested for ADHD. Got diagnosed. Started medicine to help me. Its been a great experience!
I requested my prescription 3 days ago, but the provider forgot sending a request to my pharmacy and It's been for days, no progress I have to wait over the weekend. It's not acceptable. I'm done with them.
I love my therapist. She is always there for me. She’s always willing to listen. The only difficult thing is trying to get hold of the office without having to listen to a 10 minute recording.
