Simple and Straight forward. I still feel like I am heard during the apt, hard to miss apt’s because of the well timed reminders. Easy to get set up with the pharmacy I wanted. I referred a coworker of mine to this kind of help over talk therapy because she’s also tried talk therapy a couple times. I think what really gave her faith in it was how simple and fast it was for me to to get help. My experience with Mindpath has been phenomenal! I have had so many horrible therapists psychiatrist in my lifetime. My psychiatrist at Mindpath is the best psychiatrist I've ever worked with. She's kind, compassionate, genuinely cares about her patients, and knows her stuff.
Dr. Hill is just amazing! I just started my sessions with her. I was 15 minutes late for our session because I couldn’t find the portal to connect with her. She saw me even though I was late. She is compassionate and extremely professional. I highly recommend her.
I would say my experience was mediocre at best. The receptionist was awful but the doctor was okay. The psychiatrist was fairly attentive but she kind of focused on with the wrong things and ultimately was not willing to help with what I needed her to help with. Ultimately I don't feel as though my concerns were taken care of. I do believe I'll be asking for a transfer somewhere else.
I was not happy with the first person I was setup with for help through Mind Path. Like incredibly upset when I had been referred back to Mind Path. But I ended up with Dr Jeweks and she is exactly what I had hoped for in a Psychiatrist. She isn’t a pill pusher, she listens, and I am happy to be working with her. I have only seen her a handful of times but it feels positive and I trust her with my mental health.
